Diablow 3 is terrible, Skyrim is epic.

-wildflower-

It kind of loses that epic feel when it tells you to find a lost ancient ruin, then gives you an exact pinpoint location on your map where it is.

You know you can turn those off, right?

Yes, but 9/10 they won't give you any directions whatsoever, they'll just mark it on the map, so it's either turn it on or have no idea where to go.

[QUOTE="JC_Spot"]What about the Skyrim hate that stems from people wanting MORE choices & exploration, like in the previous iterations of the series. The Elder Scrolls is well on it's way down the drain.trodeback
What? I don't think Elder Scrolls is on it's way down the drain any time soon. Maybe after the Online adaptation comes out but after winning multiple awards for GOTY I don't see how Skyrim is doing so bad among gamers. Fallout 3 & NV are still pretty popular compared to other games that came out that long ago.

Morrowind: "You must find the lost ancient tomb, however I do not know it's location. You must speak to these experts in order to get a general direction, but in the end you will have to use your own initiative to track it down." Skyrim "You must find the lost ancient tomb. Here, I will mark its exact, pinpoint location on your map. If it gets to hard, just slide the difficulty down, but you should be alright, considering the monsters will just scale down to your low level."

Is there reason why that specific GTX 670 costs $529? They're normally around $400, no? That link is broken for me so I can't tell. Hell, none of the links work. As for the Corsair TX 750, why not get the AX750? It's modular and it costs the same. I just picked up another Corsair PSU last night (AX750), and I would never go back to non-modular PSU's ever again.

As for the CPU heatsink, I have a 212 myself, but if you could pay a little more, get a Corsair Hxx cooler. Those hyper 212/Tuniq Tower style heatsinks are just asking for trouble. You'll either snap the motherboard dye, or drop bits of thermal paste on your motherboard. Not to mention, it's a risk each time you install or remove to clean. Those fins accumulate dust like nobody's business. I highly implore another option.

Yeah the website seems to be down at the moment, and the reason they cost more is because it's in Australian dollars.

Skyrim, if you are a gamer, if you are just one of mindless Blizzard hordes then get Diablo 3.

Assimilat0r
Skyrim is a noobfest compared to the first 3 games of the series, which I'm guessing you haven't played.

mATX = NO!!! Get a full ATX board, especially if you're thinking about SLI. If you don't mind spending a bit on the case, get the Switch 810. Costs around $210, but has a lot of features. You can't have too much wattage, but it's not advisable to have way more than you need. But if you want to SLI/Crossfire in the future, of course make sure you have a PSU that can handle it. A good 750W will handle 670 SLI.C_Rule
Okay can you recommend a good motherboard then for SLI then?

And I probably don't want to spend that much on the case, are the ones I linked suitable?

[QUOTE="Immortal--"]Thanks guys :) Yes, I'm aware I can get a Windows laptop with better specs for much cheaper but after considering my options, I've decided on a macbook.
