[QUOTE="dreman999"][QUOTE="nomsayin"] However, Mario Chalmers, Ray Allen, Birdman, and Dwayne Wade will always remain dbags with very punchable faces.nomsayin
Why?

Mario Chalmers - i don't really know why, but i don't like him Birdman - obvious

Haters gonna hate.

Miami might have won the finals, but I will not say they are the best team in the league because they nearly lost  game 6 and the finals. People might remember LBJ being clutch in game 7 (a bit easier when your leading) but in game 6, he turned it over and missed some shots. I still think the Spurs are the better team, they just blew there chances. I will say congrats to LBJ, he deserved it for his performance in game 7.

Every team needs a bit of luck to win.

I could probably say the same thing about TP's shot in game 1   The better team won, you can't "blow chances" and be considered the better team.  It's a contradiction.

In 2011, the Heat lost game 2 in an epic collapse in the 4th quarter.  Which proves they weren't the better team.  The Mavs were because they capitalized on the Heat's mistakes.  A key component to being the best.

The Heat weren't lucky, the Spurs choked on a big 'ole ball park frank. I do think the Heat need to dismantle the big 3, form what I seen in this series, the team struggles with Wade, Bosh and LBJ on the floor together. When Wade and Bosh are on the bench, they start ballin. Riley should get a real C, and some sharpshooters around LBJ and that team would be the best in the league. Im not talking about scrubs like Cleveland tried.

Giving the game away = getting beat.  Doesn't really matter how you want to look at it.

Dismantle the big 3? lmao. They've been to the finals 3 years in a row, with back to back titles.  They need to be trying to keep the team together.  You shouldn't judge a team based on what you've only seen in a single series, cause you really appear ignorant.  Wade is retiring a member of the Heat despite what happens any year any way.  He's the face of this organization, and is responsible for every championship.

For the offseason, I think the Heat need to add a big body down low.  I can agree with that.  Small Ball was exposed this season, and the east has a bunch of teams that are really physical and capable of punishing the Heat in the paint repeatedly.  I'm sure we can lure some centers or stretch 5s here now that the Heat have back to back championships to show for.  Maybe workout Oden and see if he's worth picking up.  He could be a steal like Birdman was.

I'll be mad if Riley wastes his time trying to sign more sharpshooters.  He knows what this team needs and it certainly isn't that. We already have Ray Allen, Shane Battier, Mario Chalmers, Mike Miller, James Jones, and Rashard Lewis

I'm loving this summer already :D

The Heat definitely had a tough road, but they capped off a great season with a great game 7 show out.  Couldn't be more proud of my team.

Went to a Laker one, same crap, it was hot and we walked through crappy downtown, couldn't find parking, saw the team for like 30 seconds and i said "Man i should have just watched it on TV" but YOLOX360PS3AMD05

True, I guess I had to go to learn to never go again.  I can't say I regret the decision.

My friend said last year everyone was allowed into the arena once they went around once, if they do that again there's a slight chance I'll head out there.  But air condition must be in the equation.

I love Kawhi Leonard. I knew he was a very solid player, but this Finals was his breakout. He'll be a superstar in 2 years max.

JML897

.... people really need higher standards for Superstars.

What do you consider a superstar? Is it strictly limited to MVP candidates? He probably won't ever be in the MVP discussion but top 20 player in the league is definitely attainable considering he's only 21 and has already made huge strides

I consider Superstars players that can make franchises contenders...And of course having a celebrity level of status is part of that.

Leonard certainly proved he's a very solid player, but superstar potential? Ehh that's a stretch.

-LeBron with another addition to his legacy.  That shot in the 4th to seal the deal will be played throughout time... He silenced the critics once again

- D-Wade with 3 rings!! One of the best 2 guards to ever play the game.

-Bosh had a rough game but without him and his key rebound last game there would be no game 7.  He deserves that second ring.

-Ray Allen's decision to come here in the offseason paid off big time.

-And Birdman gets a ring!!

Today was a great day indeed.

Almost tempted to go to the parade Monday.  But then those memories of when I went in 06 creep back and I quickly end that thought because that was a pain.  South Florida is way too hot in the summer, and that mass exodus of sweaty people aren't fun to be around

Streaming it again this year I guess.
