If they could fix the severe framerate issue in ME1 I would get this, otherwise I already own all three games and all the DLC I'm interested in.

PS. can't believe people are STILL whining about the ending. Get the hell over it and move on!

AC1 was great but had no replay value, AC2 was awesome and stepped up the series in every conceivable way, but I think Brotherhood was my favourite purely because I love Rome (been there twice).

Revelations was anything but - so boring and pointless. Even avoiding the tower defense and the awful Desmond missions, I couldn't force myself to finish it.

Quietly optimistic about AC3, but not pre-ordering this time!

PS, EFMS is the future.

This may be the game that rekindles my long faded excitement for brawlers.

PS. What happened to the 'new things' you guys were going to try instead of Start/Select? Coz this GS News is boring. BRING BACK START/SELECT!

Who's with me?

As someone who has previously had no interest in F1 this review has convinced me to at least try the demo. Downloading it now. Still a bit wary as I know literally zero about the sport. I do love driving games though, especially Codemasters.

@stan_boyd @Joshua2222 That's what reviews are for. The Gamespot review clearly stated the major differences in gameplay from the first game. Even just the description on the back of the box made it obvious that it was more action-oriented, which is why I bought the game even though I hated origins.

@Joshua2222 Agreed, it is a matter of preference. I liked DA2 a lot (although yeah it wasn't perfect and had a lot of shortcomings) but I hated Origins simply because I prefer real time combat and find it quite tedious to keep having to pause the action and queue up attacks. After a few hours of Origins I was bored, but DA2 kept me playing for a good 50 hours until I finished the story.

To each his own.

@freedomspopular Except that DA2's visuals were way better than Origin's.

@brok Right, because the PS1 and PS2 were sorely lacking in 3D platformers...you know, apart from Jak & Daxter, Crash Bandicoot, Klonoa, Rayman, Sly Cooper, Ty the Tasmanian Tiger, Psychonauts, I-Ninja, Maximo, Pac-Man World, Scaler, Vexx, Tak, Sonic, Ape Escape, Gex, Croc...

Now, I'm not saying they are all great games, but Insomniac certainly didn't lack for competition.

So, try again.
