I loved condemned. Unlike many games these enemies actually fight each other.

Many times I would let two bums fight and then Id kill the other guy. It was actually the game that proved to me XBOX360 was worth it.

This topic is lame. I thought everyone knew sonys six axis was the real gimmick.

I finally got a Wii after a year and I must say the wiimote is very accurate. And like other posters noted it senses distance from the TV. (well in reality the sensor bar)

EXAMPLE:

In the Photo editing channel you can pick "fun art" to stamp onto existing pictures. When you take these stamps, lets say the sun glasses, you can make them bigger by moving closer to the screen or smaller by moving further away.

Actually the same can be said for the drawing, and eraser tool. Its actually very interesting to see it in motion.

ugh. Mass effect. Where to start. Horrible technical problems. Pointless planet exploration. Half the planets arent even ones you can land on.

Game breaking glitches. One glitch had me appear in the sky. WTF? Literally guys. I saved my game, came back the next day....loaded it and for some reason im NOT in my ship but instead im constantly running in the air and falling ala GEARS of WAR multiplayer out of map glitches. I had to completely RESTART MY FILE because the last seperate save was hours and hours and hours before.

Not only that but wheres the incentive to become evil? Most cool things are given to goody two shoes. Mass effect was good but NOT great. And why couldnt I carry on two relationships at a time?!! How does ashely know what im telling the blue alien?!

Btw someone on the third page said that MOH wii kills anything on the ps3. He my friends is a joke. I rented that game and it sucks balls. Its a terrible game.

I dont know if it deserves it or not. I beat and played both SMG and COD4. I even got 120 stars in SMG.

SMG was a good game. But something just doesnt feel right. I dont know. Halo 3 sucks so no. Bioshock was only story driven...crysis? never played it. Assassins Creed I heard bad things.

To me the only two would be COD4 and Galaxy. I feel it should have been a tie in all seriousness. Its just too close.

Why are so many people randomly bashing this? Anyone who watches that vid and doesnt get interested is a fanboy. Especially Sabrosian. He just posted some lame attempt to try and make this or the sound of it less promising.

Funny thing is he probably didn't even watch the vid.

This is interesting regardless of what happened in the past. Why? Because this guy did it on the Wii using relatively simple means. Who cares if someone did it on hombrew style before. Or even if it was on the PC.

The same thing can be said about almost anything going to the console these days. PC is the father of new tech. Anyone would be hard pressed to find interesting new tech that hadnt already been tried to some extent on the PC.

But this, it pertains to us console owners. And its easy to do and its effect is astonishing. I would love to see this on the Wii or even Xbox360.

The only hater is John Gertsmann.

How appropriate.

Spheres and Circles are the same thing right?

I reckon you're slow enough not realize thats a 2D game....meaning all things represented on a 2D platform are naturally supposed to mimick its 3D counterpart.

Thats obviously a WORLD (which is a spherical body) being represented in a 2D game. So in this case, you're wrong....A "circle" ISNT being portrayed here but a sphere, which is READILY apparent due to the spherical shading going on in the picture.

If you wanted to be so naive to bring that up I could point out to you how ANYTHING represented on a screen is in fact something 2D, thats gives an illusion of 3D. (even photographs n00b)

Because FACT is NOTHING is truly 3D except for real world items.

Nice try though.

Its obviously the motion controls and the simplicity that the idea of it brings to casuals. Theres fear of elaborate and confusing controls. Theres no, "Yeah so press RB to reload, B to melee, use the Right Thumbstick and left together to control the character, use X to drop equipment, RT to fire, LT to throw a grenade....but wait....all those change once you duel wield."

Its as simple as, "This is tennis, when the ball comes to you swing the remote."

Its obvious it really isnt the price, seeing as ebay scalpers are still making tons of money and other systems that launched at a comparative price arent doing NEARLY as well (GC, N64, Xbox).

I think the family and casual games are a given. Ushering in motion controls ushers in simplicity in gaming, which in turn helps produce more casual games/gamers.

Perfect Dark was great...........FOR ITS TIME.

It pales in comparison to other FPS by today's standard.

MrGrimFandango

How so? Graphically? because thats where the evolution/improvement seems to have ended.

Right, I think hes confusing gameplay with graphics, because thats the only thing PD cant match. That and online which was out of its hands too. But it MORE than made up for it with SMART simulants and being able to add a total of 8 sims while having 4 players simultaneously.

That game was and IS still amazing. There are hardly any FPS out there that come close. PD had amazing weapons, secondary functions...all pretty neat things.

And like Arhazard said the customization WAS insane. It even kept lifetime stats for profiles. Headshot medals, kills, deaths, accuracy. Such an amazing game. I wish it would go to XBL with online. Id be playing that everyday.
