hmh well that sucks but ,oh well cant really complain with 200 dollar price tag i guess :D i guess ill just rent metalgear 2 for 360 but damn i really wanted to try snake eater :(
I just recently bought a ps3 (for 200 dollars) and i wanted to play through the other metal gear games to refresh my memory on the series before mgs4 comes out but, my retailer said something about my ps3 not being backwards compatible which i thought they did. If anybody could clear this up for me i'd very much apreciate it, oh and i bought a regular 40 gig ps3.
Practice and learn how to use everything in the game
Very little in the game is chance. If you build the right course and hoard the right power ups you have control over how most of the race plays out as long as you don't suck driving.

you're right, the game isn't all chance, its just cheap. and some times you don't have control over "how the race plays out." the items and CPU AI are unbalanced. You can't control if a blue shell hits you or not or if a lightning cloud keeps striking you as you drive over a pit of lava. And most of the time its hard to avoid getting hit with a red shell without a banana peel or something.
oh i have always been a fan of metal gear so that one is a for sure in three weeks:) but ya i just want to buy my new ps3 and buy one really good game to keep me busy over the wait. i would prefer that it has muliplayer so resistance and warhawk sound good i wonder wich is better? like i said i have had a 360 for a while and have bought most of the good games on that platform. oh and thanks guys :)
I have decided to get a ps3 and am wondering what a good game i should get when i go out and buy it but, i do have a xbox 360 as well and do have all the good main titles...i think. if any one who has a ps3 and owns a game that you find yourself playing over and over again for the ps3 post here please :D
There is an offer from eb games offering you to trade in 8 games worth at least 8 dollars you get 200 dollars off a new 40 gig ps3 making it only 200 dollars. now i have a xbox 360 and i love it to death it just seems to be a very good deal in that ill get a blue ray player and not miss out on mgs4 and final fantasy and what ever exclusives they have. this would cut my funds in half so im just wondering if anyone thinks it worth it cause i could just use the money for the new 360 games comin out. basically i would like the opinions of gamers in my position to share what they would do if you had this chance. oh and this offer only seems to be available on the canadian eb games site.
