[QUOTE="Jayesler12"]but who cares because its downloadable content!bionicle_lover

You like the idea of paying $50 for the disc and $10+ for stuff they deliberately leave off the disc to sell to you later?

if it makes the game better and adds more content to the game then yes. and there hasn't been any prices set for how much the new content will cost. AND whoever said you have to download all the content? its called choice...and if you choose not to use the DLC then fine, i don't really care.. its the fact that we actually get DLC rather than not having it at all.

So you like paying extra money for stuff that should've been in the game in the first place?

Downloadable content sounds great on paper, but its really just a way to milk people.

wow. when a game is released and it has flaws, developers can use DLC to fix it or make it better so people are happy. GOD! if you aren't going to use it then FINE. maybe when the devs were making the game, they didn't know that there were things missing and plus DLC is good especially when a game was released too earlier(they had a deadline) and they still have to put some things in. NO ONE is forcing you too use the DLC. its just there for people who do want a better gaming experience and want to have more fun with the game.

if there werent a deadline, then the stuff would have been included and the game would have been at the same price. I dont mind paying but it has to be more than just one mode, or three maps. it has to be like half an expansian pack (since expansians are 30 bucks or more usually)

WELL there has to be deadlines because whiny annoying impatient fans want the game NOW. did you see how everyone reacted to the delay of SSBB like 3 times!? and guess what, now that the game is near to its final release date, fans still want MORE! and some people are still wishing there will be more characters through DLC! there will always be deadlines which means games will be sort of unfinished where as DLC can fix it later in the future. god! its like everyone is poor or something and they are totally against DLC.

i'm just curious because many people are saying they liked Dual Strike a lot better, and that Days of Ruin wasn't as good. So in comparison, which Advanced Wars game did you like best - Advanced Wars: Dual Strike or Advanced Wars: Days of Ruin

If I had a dollar for every time somebody made this topic, I could afford all the DS games I want.Lonnie2Hottie
so you must have $35 dollars then? lol just kidding. i'm personally waiting for a new DS because i don't want to waste my money on a DS lite when a new one might come out(i don't have a source of income). and i'm still pissed about the time i bought a DS Phat a month before the DS lite came out

the wii is getting downloadable content for disc-based games and wiiware games! but it costs money to download new game content using wii points. but who cares because its downloadable content! that means there is still chance for POSSIBLY dowloadable characters for brawl(not that i'm desperate for more) or even downloadable songs for GH3 or the upcoming Rock Band. sorry if old.

EDIT: OMG forgot the link sorry - http://gonintendo.com/?p=36210

its funny how some people think gameplay is more important than graphics. they both are equally important. if you have a game with awesome gameplay and your saying graphics don't matter, thats just stupid. thats like saying "hmmm well the gameplay is all that matters and i'd even be willing to settle for pixelated 2D graphics!" graphics adds to gameplay and makes it even better. its like you people don't want nintendo to improve. improving is good. and complaining can make that happen. If enough people complain about something and it becomes a problem for nintendo, then they will fix it. learn to put up with complaints because you can never ever stop them no matter what.
