Sometimes the truth hurts

If you're the guy who sweats constantly with Cheeze Doodle dust on your fingers wearing a Metallica or Winger T Shirt then Kinect is not for you

It's not an insult, it's not a slight, it's the truth

If you choose to align yourself with that demographic so be it

Jaysonguy

I apparently can't adequately express all the things that are wrong with what you said without being moderated for it, but I want you to reread what you've written here and sit for a while in a quiet setting and reflect on it. I think you'll emerge a better person.

Really?

This is where you want to go?

You just said that all racial prejudice is the same thing as saying people who are out of shape shouldn't play games with movement.

Please go on.

Jaysonguy

False. I compared stereotyping the average gamer as a fat guy in a metallica tee shirt to stereotyping, say, a black guy as a bandanna wearing drug user. A stereotype is a stereotype, and they're almost always wrong. Except for the stereotype that internet tough guys got beat up a lot in highschool, and they're compensating for it with their online personalities. That one's probably true, right?

Oh, so now this is better?

So saying that out of shape gamers shouldn't play Kinect is only like racial stereotypes of black people

In your mind this is better how?

really? Maybe try reading before you respond.

By your logic, minorities shouldn't be upset by racial stereotyping if they don't resemble the stereotypes. I would like to see you present your case to a group of offended minorities.

They remind me of my boss (I work for an advertising agency, so this makes sense.) They'll literally say whatever they think they have to in order to get laughs and a positive response from the client. Usually, it's at somebody's expense, but that person isn't present so it's all okay.

It's what happens when you have no principles other than bringing in as much money as possible. Screw these guys.

So, after reading this, and the recent announcement that they're actually RAISING xbox live prices, is anybody else feeling less and less inclined to keep giving Microsoft your money?

Really, Microsoft? First the Live price hike, and now this? Every day I seem to feel less and less inclined to keep giving you money.

lol people are really, really critical about screenshots here. Jesus.

J-WOW

I know, everytime we get a KZ3 pic, "Its too gray, GrayZone 3" or "Its too brown/orange/yellow, the game is gonna flop"

I know, right? And it's like, come on. Those screenshots look GOOD. If you'd have seen them 5 years ago, you'd have been like "There's no way these can be real!"
