It sounds as though the biggest downside of the game is the length of the story and the excessively linear progression. The linear progression is the one that gets me the most because I wanted to be able to explore all the additions they made to the iconic Parisian architecture and city planning. A sandbox design like inFamous would have been pitch perfect for this type of game.
I'm really attracted to this game because it has some serious style to it. Very fashionable. I hope it has a story to match. I would also like to see how they combine some of the old architecture with the new, especially around the pompidou and the 7th arrondissement.
It's a nice argument for a minimalist "less is more" approach to E3 but it doesn't really do much for nintendo's position. Lot's of people (including myself) have been saying that this E3 will be make or break for nintendo's future for the WiiU. This decision makes it seems like nintendo realized that as well so they decided not to show up to the gunfight. Although this could be a sign of nintendo changing gears toward their handheld market, which they are undeniably dominating.
ugh! You know what, I agree, violence is a bad influence on young people, but this lady is just targeting videogames specifically and that's just annoying. If she was making claims against ANY form of violence in movies, sports, television, music, and video games then her platform would be more credible even though it's an honest to goodness waste of time. I hold to my previous opinion. These people never actually do anything, they're just always making it *seem* like they're doing something.
@FAIL_TR0LL @JukedSolid Now I like that idea. I'm not too interested in Daud. New characters the Outsider decides to impart powers on would be really cool though. Oh! Maybe there could be a trip to pandyssia in there as well?
