@senorbusyman: They're not dumb. I don't know of they'll make hundreds of millions, but if people are dumb enough to pay real money for emotes, they'll definitely profit.
@relgn: That's because the microtransactions in Warframe fund all the awesome updates and new content they add.
This is what Bungie is supposedly trying to do with adding microtransactions to Destiny, but we'll see how that goes. I can't imagine they'll make too much selling something stupid like emotes. In Warframe all the emotes are free.
This looks awesome. I've played around with forge before. I personally don't have the time and dedication to make anything worthwhile, but I'm super excited to see what the community comes out with. :D
@matthewrocks: You should be use to having to do things like that. Even old games with no DRM often require you to download weird patches and stuff for them to open on newer OS's. Even new games sometimes require you to edit text in their registry files in order for them to work properly. Its part of gaming on PC. If you don't like having to do work arounds to get your games to work, then you should stick to console gaming.
@H0RSE: That's what I understood from looking at the game's website and reading articles about it. Even when you play online, the game will be filled with bots.
