Lol...its not a "style". Remember that amazing E3 trailer? what happened to that? They downgraded the game. This really is halo 2.5 in terms of graphics. But lets hope the gameplay makes up for mediocre graphics.

Errr, the only difference is that the Master Chief's armor isn't shiney anymore. Bungie decided that the new look was more in line with how the armor was described in the books and in the previous games.

Check it again. People keep saying that but thats not true. The textures seem to be gone and the lighting (like you said) is completely different/worse. AND of course, they changed his color. He no longer looks metal but almost like green rubber.

These are the textures we have now, the green metal that almost resembles a rubber texture.

Heres what looks aesthetically pleasing and much more like metal than what we have now. From E3 06

The Master Cheif does look different yes, but look at everything else. The vehicles and environments in the game all look the same or better than the E3 06 trailer.

WHO CARES WHAT MC LOOKS LIKE!!!! its a FPS...you will never see MC while you're actually playing the game.

I've been hearing 60fps as well.

And there is no link saying it is at 30fps. so this thread is pretty bunk at this point.

I'm DEFINITELY getting tired of people showing screenshotsthat aren't direct gameplay. Im sure those games look amazing, but i'd really like to maybe see a HUD, or SOMETHING that would show it's actual real game play.

And KZ2's textures really do look bad...and to the right of that picture...it looks like concept art...and that's not really a good thing.
