they why the hell are they forcing people to buy it? I will NOT buy an Xbox one with a Kinect, PERIOD. MAYBE a few years down the road when they are sold separately. But certainly not now.
Comeon people, you gotta read in between the lines. Lets take a review at the colossal launch failure that is the Wii U.The reason why it's instantly profitable is because it is using tech that is in line currently with the xbox 360 and PS3. 200-250 respectively.Take a good look at that tablet, it is sub par even by first gen's standard. It doesn't even measure up to the last years tablets.
So what does this tell you? It's not profitable because... bingo we aren't BUYING it. I don't care how cheap, but crap is crap. Thankyou people for taking consideration and NOT supporting Nintendo for their gimmicky schemes. We will NOT be fooled just because of the Nintendo seal of approval, they ruined that credibility years ago.
You want to stay competitive in the console market Nintendo? Then invest some of that money you got from your 30 year existence. The wii was a novel idea, Wii U is a disaster.
@AlexFili Oh i'll get a Wii U. Just not now. Current games and price simply does not justify a purchase. Bring down the price of the Wii U deluxe to 250 AND a NEW Zelda, ill probably pick one up.
You misunderstand the money cycle. developers don't receive nearly as much money as publishers do. Publishers more or less fund developers. Developers get paid a flat fee. Publishers are the ones that continually collect revenue. This is why they are so pesky about used games. Publishers feel if a game is sold twice, they should reap all of the revenue. What the REFUSE to accept, is when you BUY a game, it is YOURS. As long as you're not blatantly abusing their property to create a business of your own, the CUSTOMER has OWNERSHIP. So you can resell when you want. Why should publishers continue to get paid when the game is out of print? Unfortunately publishers are holding developers hostage. Honestly if a game is really good, you will keep it.
Good action game, but by no means the same feel as Tomb Raider... this feels like a game made by Japanese people trying to cater to an American audience. HELLO there's more diversity in the world! Just look at Lara, she looks far more Japanese in features than European. IMO she's also far too short.
