The only way I will participate in the next gen of console gaming is if the price for retail games comes back down to 39-49 if they try to block used games. Otherwise ill be sticking to my PC where I still have control.

This is why the public needs to take the power away from these controlling knuckle head politicians and govern ourselves. You don't tell a person you respect to quiet down. You don't even tell your child that unless they are two and throwing a tantrum. The fact that he even made this statement shows exactly what he thinks of everyone. Each and every human being has a RIGHT to freedom of expression.

Why should a businessman be any more credible than any citizen? because he has seat on the senate? If he were a smart businessman he'd realize that the underlying reason the circumstances happened that had that youngman commit such an act is ECONOMIC and that we should once again look at wtf is going on with society but no... lets just blame videogames... doesn't this guy realize gamers are not 10-15 anymore?

Games to thank for paving the awesomeness of co-op multiplayer: Contra, Smash TV, TMNT arcade, Double Dragon, Zombies ate my neighbors, Doom, Dungeons and Dragons, Diablo, Cabal, Ikari Warriors, Secret of Mana, Streets of Rage... Thats all i could come up with if there's a favorite that i missed im sure i agree just couldn't think of it so i apologize ahead.

All villany is, is perspective. Just like good versus evil. Most interesting villans are interesting because to some degree they are justified. Villans are only manifestations of the side of all us. in which in most cases we refuse to acknowledge but it's presence and influence is still present. Thats why we think they're awesome and we love to hate them. The epic villans are the ones who demonstrate the conflict because it is what we relate to. Thus enters subjectivity. Kratos, Vegeta, Id, Boss, depending on the game situation these characters easily can be the hero or villan. How do we know world domination isn't just another name for utopia?
