No doubt this game will get AAA. Simply because of how much it offers. Both single-player and multiplayer content will be enough to secure it a 9 at gamespot (after seeing eternal sonata get a 8.5... it better)

However, I have been viewing screens and videos of halo 3 and my hype for this game has died down. In fact, my hype for Crysis, Call of Duty 4, Unreal 3, and Killzone 2 have substantially increased after viewing Several videos of the game. Of course, I could be totally wrong once the game comes out but for now i will be cautious..

Any one with me or am i alone?? (im going with the latter:P)

8 is nowhere near the best in the ff series. it had a lousy battle system, and they over did it with the love and romance (im not saying it aint good but it was too much to the point that it made you wanna vomit).

The best ff are clearly FF6 and FF7. Both are considered classic by many. FF9 and FF10 are also really good (loved ff10 ending, one of the best i have ever seen for any game).

Of course nothing tops Chrono Trigger ( =

The psp isn't a flop. let's look at the sales. The psp has sold about 50% of the DS sales. Comparing that to the lat generation of consoles, that owuld be like the psp selling as much as the xbox and the gamecube combined, plus a few million. that's not too bad. it isnt winning, but it's selling pretty well and there are quite a few good games on it.

The only real reason it isn't selling well is because it lacks enough portable-style games. It needs more lumines and every extend extra extreme.

actually yes, yes it is.. according to famitsu standards which gave games like blue-dragon (6.0) a higher score. and im sure you know about how famitsu rates games.

im not trying to say the game isn't good. i bet its going to own and prob get 9s in the us. all im saying is how famitsu scored it.

Scores have nothing to do with thuis. :roll: You know its true. Like someone else said. Who EVER said that Mistery Dungeon was a killer app? Now how many people have said the CC will be a huge game for the PSP? Probably its biggest game? It's obvious. As they said compare killer apps to killer apps.

way to spin the facts. did you forget the DS has probably at least double the user base then the psp.. that alone should ensure the casuals to flock to anyting pokemon related. as opposed to a much more hardcore game like crisis core with a small user base.

your argument is WEAK. you said FF is attached to its name? well POKEMON is attached to that DS game... Pokemon, the company that probably by now has one of the biggest followings of gamers ever.
