oh ill be ALL OVER THIS GAME
KapG's forum posts
I'm sorry to hear of your condition but i must say that the microwave hallway is one of the bestsequences ive experienced in a game (not rubbing it in, its the truth).
If you just have your mom around maybe she can try a different method. When i was young and played Track and Field fot the NES i used a lighter or a battery to glide across the A and B button to get faster times. This just might work with the triangle button, but this may also scratch up your controller.

I had that Track and Field game I think....was the last even a marathon? lol
Anyways, I know one guy already said you don't actually have to keep merking the triangle button. However, if you DO have to do it to pass that part of the game do what this gentleman suggests. Instead of a lighter though just take a spoon and turn it upside down and rub it across the triangle and circle button. The under side of a spoon shouldn't scratch anything.
I'm tired of so many SKUs. This generation of consoles should officially be cauld the SKU generation.
November 2006: 60GB and 20GB SKU
August 2007: in less than a year the 80GB SKU with PS2 emulation.
Novermber 2007: in less than half a year another SKU the 40GB Without BC.
June 2008: another SKU the 80GB with PS2 emulation now with a Dualshock 3 controller and a copy of Metal Gear Solid 4.
September 2008: 80GB without BC and a Dualshock 3 SKU and a SKU with 160GB with a copy of Uncharted Drake's fortune.
And now coming this september another SKU, the Slim with 120GB. Now the value of all the 40GB, 80GB and 160GB consoles that current owners have will drop even is they play the same games or have more expensive components. Even GameStop have lowered the 80G refurbished prices to $249.99, when they were selling it at $349.99 they were giving in trade-in $200.00 and now they will give like $100.00 the same value of a GameCube before the lunch of the Wii and the same as a brand new PS2.
In my opinion now every owner of a 40GB or 80GB PS3 will feel like they now have an udervalue console and if they try to sell them everyone will want them at a very low price like pieces of trash. I not liking the way Sony is changig the console SKUs so fast even the PS2 took 4 years for a Slim model.Whats you opinion?

Imagine how PC gamers feel.
You're in luck. There is no need for yoy to actually tap trianlge. After the story scenes play out, the game continues without Snake dying.

awww man I feel like an idiot now. When that part of the game came up I was mashing the buttons like mad lol. It's nice to hear that the TC will be able to continue this great game without having to search around for a save file
hmmm all this everquest mention...
I personally think the Original Asherons Call was the most gangster MMORGP around. Ever

[QUOTE="gizmo12345"] No I dont know what BlackFro55 was talking about, didnt realy make any sense but there is definately a blu ray player and yes the games wouldnt run without one as they are blu ray disks.BlackFro55
yeah thats what I was thinking. Oh well. Carry on ladies and gents.
You're jumping to conclusions. No where in my post did I say mention that the slim version would be without blu ray player. I gave reasons why people would still pick up the 80 gig instead of waiting for the slimline to release. Nothing would hold back a 35 year old man who wants to buy a blu ray player tomorrow, or any other day before September.
Your post made it seem like the slim didn't have a blu ray player. Just the way you worded it friend.

Uninformed "not quite" gamers, as well as the videophile who still wants a blu ray player.

So you are saying the slim has no blu ray player? how do you expect the slim to run the games without the blu ray player? Am I missing something here?

One of the main reasons I bought the ps3 was because of free online. If sony starts charging us, I don't know what I would do.

This.
although what I would do is phone up sony and cuss them out. Would it make anything better? Probably not but I would get to blow off some steam at least.
if you cant wait for the slim to be released[QUOTE="Agent-Zero"][QUOTE="deadly_shuriken"]why would you buy this over the slim?BlackFro55

[QUOTE="lightleggy"]u fail so hard. not only are u trying to make this insane statement, but the pictures u provide completely work AGAINST the point ur trying to make. seriously, if u can't see that the bottom 2 pics are light years ahead of the top 2 pics then there is something wrong with uYeah I know that GoW 2 had almost the best graphics on PS2, but still no excuse why GOW3 looks so much to it
PS2 (wow on my tv it looked way better)
PS3
The only difference I see is that the PS3 screens doesnt have the "ants" effect on the PS2 screens
