@FarginIcehole @King9999 That's true. There could be more to the story since it seems ridiculous that someone could go to jail over a sarcastic comment, even if it was a pretty bad comment.

@FarginIcehole @King9999 I'm by no means an expert on law, let alone American law (I'm Canadian), but I'm gonna guess that there's no such thing as jurisdiction on the Internet. Any net crime can be reported by anyone in the world, and the local authorities take it from there.
