@jts1891 @Kooken58 @megaspiderweb09 I honestly dont understand the cloud at all...Its just a place where you can save your game data and games? Whats soo special about that? Why not just offer larger Hard Drives.
@vijinand @HamzTheMan I never have my xbox hooked up online because it is in a separate room from where my PC is. What happens if i want to take my console on vacation with me? What about when my net goes out (alot of people have unstable connections, especially those in rural areas) Multiple reasons for net to go out. What happens when next gen consoles come out and they stop support xbox servers? Cant play those games anymore. There are hundreds of reasons...having to always be connected atleast once a day is nothing but a hassle to the consumers, and does not benefit anyone in any way.
@megaspiderweb09 Im pretty certain that EA are the ones who convinced microsoft to do this. I could of sworn I seen it mentioned somewhere that EA and microsoft Teamed up.
@Zer0nerve @Kooken58 Not too defend microsoft, but yeah this sounds like EA's doing. They are out there to build and distribute the machine, how it functions when it comes to gaming is up to the Publishers with the largest wallet (EA)
@ccgod Yup, seems like Microsoft are anti-american and do not support our troops. Kind of Ironic now that a Japanese company supports us more than an american company
Wasn't it said that EA has teamed up with Microsoft? EA is the one major publisher that has been all over DRM. So it pretty much makes sense that the console is soo online restrictive. We just need to boycott EA and force them out of business.
I cant think of any other major publishers that enforce DRM soo heavily.
@Decapod_10 There are sites where you can chose all the parts you want and they will assemble it for you...Also there are places that can put together a PC for you. Honestly the only tricky part about putting a PC together is attaching the motherboard and the Processor chip onto the motherboard.
