Mine is 43350, I've had LIVE for around 3 years and used to play it heaps. I'm online a lot nowadays, but not half as much. I keep saying to myself "I'll be happy when I reach 20000", then "OK, I'll settle for 30000". I think now my FINAL aim is 50,000 :D

I really liked Left 4 Dead when it was released, I could play the multiplayer all night with friends, or even solo. Left 4 Dead 2 was pretty good, but I didn't get the same replayability feeling from it. Perhaps it was the whole 'daylight' thing, or maybe the abundance of special zombies, weapons etc.

Dead Island was really good for the first few weeks, but I found that it staled a little eventually. That may just be me though. I was a massive fan of the Call of Duty: World At War zombie map packs, but never as enthusiastic with the Black Ops ones. Maybe I warmed to the simplicity of World at War more.

I quite liked Dead Rising, but as another poster's mentioned - I never did the missions haha, I just built little fortresses out of park benches & stocked up on food ~ then got bored and went on a senseless rampage until a psychopath gunned me down.

The whole zombie genre works quite well for me in the short-term, but the appeal never seems to last much in the long-term.

Great choice of screenshots by the OP.

The games which had me in awe graphically include LA Noire, especially with its very realistic lip/mouth speech animations, Mass Effect 2, Metro 2033 and Alan Wake.

Hey everyone, I've just completed Mafia II and I really like the game. I've noticed there are several DLCs available - but the only two that strike my interest are Joe's Adventures and Jimmy's Vendetta / Jimmy's Revenge (forgot the name!). This is because the other three are just unlocks like cars & outfits.

The mentioned DLCs are 800 microsoft points a piece, and so I can really only afford one at the moment. I was wondering whether or not it's worth buying one, or should I just get another cheap game from Amazon?

Thanks.

I suggest giving it a break for a few weeks, maybe a month or two. I've done this with several games and come back to them and enjoyed them more than ever. Fallout: New Vegas, Grand Theft Auto IV and the BioShock games are just a few examples.

I don't think pride should come into the question when it's over something that hasn't been accomplished or earned. I don't think people should be proud of being a male, being black, being blue-eyed or having ginger hair.

I think pride should come with things like diplomas, job placements or a successful relationship.

However I will comment that I think I could identify with the sub-culture I follow (Hip Hop) more if I was black. I'm white. I don't let this get to me or at all bother me.

I'm 16, and I've recently undergone a massive change of taste in games. When I was from around 11 y/o until just a few months ago, I'd be on Call of Duty and GTA: IV online for hours on end. Now I can't stand that sort of thing anymore. I play Battlefield 3 most days but that's for half an hour max - and only if one of my friends are playing it.

I've now found myself playing (with the recommendations of some of the fine people here!) games like Deadly Premonition, Metro 2033, Lost Odyssey etc.

I've suddenly taken a big interest in story-rich games, and strayed away from the shooters (and I've even abandoned Skyrim for a while!). I got the Condemned games and I'm nearly at completion, I assume, on number 2. I've also started Lost Odyssey which I love and I've yet to try Blue Dragon. In addition, I'm going through my second playthrough of Deadly Premonition - a game which I consider to be one of the best I've ever played. I've barely played Arkham City, but I don't know why. I'm gonna have the majority of my 2012 playing story-filled games; and I vow to spend much less time on FPS games!
