You're damned if you do and you're damned if you don't. Even if it would have gotten a 10/10 there would've been people saying Gamespot continues to be a mindless reviewing machine that takes bribes to boost scores. Seem like there has been a lot of mistrust ever since the fallout from the firing of Jeff for being honest years ago. So this site's reviews have become more of a joke ever since and the users get fired up about anything they can use against GS. Now there are people who suggest that in trying to get back some credibility Gamespot has been low balling some of the better games so they will be taken seriously. Either way the flame wars will not cease anytime soon.
Trevor is a hoot. Could be the craziest character I've ever played. The conversations Trevor has with his crew are pretty entertaining. Haven't been bored yet, and most missions feel like they are worth doing (aside from towing cars with Franklin). I think I'm at around 20% complete and so far its great for me.
So are any of these reviews taking into account the online portion of GTAV? Cause adding that to what is already there should boost whatever score was in place. Its not like you're buying the multiplayer separately. Its part of the game.
It's amazing that so many people think it's greedy that people want their full worth from their stuff.
If I see that a Saturn sold for $70, and I want to sell my Saturn, you better believe I'm gonna try to get $70 out of mine.

Well then take your stuff to Ebay! If I want to pay full worth for something Id be lookin at Ebay or a used game store. I can return the items and get my $ back if something is wrong. Im not going to pay full value to some random person I might never hear from again on Craigslist or a fleamarket. And Im daymn sure not going to pay Ebay prices at Goodwill when they didnt pay a penny for anything that comes in!Â
Yeah, its tough times indeed. I've been paying close attention to Ebay lately and the average price on a lot of games have been going down some what. I think around July it was getting a little out of control, but now that summer is over things are becoming more reasonable. I don't think it will go back to being a buyer's market until a long time down the road.

I would say its been a good leap forward. Bioshock, The Last of Us, Super Mario Galaxy, Demon's Souls, GTA 5, and many more games that took advantage of the upgrade over the PS2, Xbox, and Game Cube. Online play has been set up for some interesting advances as well.
