@vihazur Yeah, but graphics really don't matter that much, at least not to me. Case in point, I stopped in the middle of playing Transformers: FoC to start another game of Diablo II. The latter is just so much more fun!

@sjawz3288 It wouldn't be a tech demo if it were CGI. That's all rendered in real time.

@Mariner32 @linthes999 They also said that with the amount of content they'd have to create, it'd now take decades. And yet, they created Advent Children with more details and in higher res than a game would require in 8 years. I think the real story is that newer employees at SE don't know how to make a game as well as the original employees did, so they just keep trying to avoid the subject as much as possible. Or they lost the original source code ...

@horizonwriter @smurf3578 Completely agree. I still think VII has the best story, but I loved the combat and amount of content in XII. Although, I thought XII had a really good story as well. In fact, I can't wait until I finish some of my new games so I can go back and play XII for the third time.

I hope WayForward's next project is a remake of the NES Tiny Toon Adventures game.
