Just throwing this out there....People complain about this really are not looking at it correctly. So you go to gamestop and trade in your old game..they give you way less than its worth and you use that money towards whatever you want. For example you buy a brand new release for 60 bucks. Now a week later you go to trade it in and they only give you 30 bucks and sell it for 5 bucks less as used. This doesnt effect anyone any differently..oh and you think xbox live is private? think again, why do you think they bust people for pirating and those who harass others and suspend people for things in their profiles...They always could see. As for the always on aspect...i dont care, everything we have is always on anyways..take cell phones..even when they are powered down they are still on.
I read this and to me it really doesnt matter who gets what for the used games. Gamestops have ALWAYS given crap to the consumer for their used games. 50% less after the first week a game releases for the most part. So in essence you are going to get ripped off anyways.
