With everything going on now I shudder to think what will happen next gen....

That Street Fighter collection.....not really worth it, maybe if you played a lot but haven't played these but if you play a lot why haven't you played these yet?? a paradox, I agree though I'd like to see something behind the scenes how games are made....

I'm not sure I like that Activision/Bungie deal.....Timed console exclusive, planned DLC and it sounds like they'll be working 24/7 for 8 years.....IDK they did good with Halo, the first one was awesome, second one not so much but 3 and ODST were great, Reach was good but Gold ran out and I never renewed.....

This all seems political.......

if it was simply mismanagement they would have went under awhile ago. That Governor liked to talk a lot, see most studios play their cards close to their chest, we....the public shouldn't have known what their second move was until a little before release but this Chafee character pretty much blew the whistle on everything, that's I think why they went under, because everyone turned on them because they were making a mistake developing a MMO......

But yeah I have to agree that in moving to RI it was a bad move, they probably had security where they were, they could count on the state or the banks for aid but in a new state they'd have to start all over forging alliances with people.....

Eh, at this rate we'll never see a good SW game again for some time :(

KOTOR had a story that rivaled the films., Battlefront and Battlefront 2 were just awesome especially the second one, Dark Forces/Jedi Knight series was also good they had finally hit gold with Jedi Academy, Rogue Squadron was fun, Republic Commando really good and even Shadows Of The Empire was good......

They have a vast well of material to dip into if they just did something based on more of the books and comics.....

Imagine taking on Grand Admiral Thrawn at strategy or revisiting parts of the classic trilogy as Mara Jade or even some of Luke Skywalker's adventures from the books....It would all be cool to see happen but it never will.......

I honestly hope Jason and Vince win.....

Not because I'm a big fan of COD, not because I'm a big fan of theirs.....

Because what Activision has done is criminal and they've gotten fat off it.....

Bobby Kotick should be fired along with all the big wigs there too.....what a freaking douchebag......nothing but a s*** talker and a backstabber and a complete moron.....

This is one of about 1000 reasons why i don't buy Activision games.....

The game aside when the news first broke I saw this coming......

On one hand it sucks to see a studio go under on it's first game...

On the other hand if they hadn't moved to Rhode Island they might not have gotten in debt.... also as cool as having Ken Rolsten, Todd Mc Farlaine and R.A. Salvatore working on the game I'm sure that killed a significant part of the budget......

I'll download it on the off chance I want to kick some Cerberus backside again but I haven't been playing lately......

Been playing Minecraft and other games.......

Indie game beats money grubbing warmonger game......nice......

Minecraft is the best use of $20 for me this whole generation...definitely not a play a little then forget, this could be something I'm still going on next year......

Classic list is pretty good, PM5K sucks though....never cared for them. The new stuff.....never heard of any of it but Trent Reznor is featured in one track.....Hmm

Also I'm just not sure I'll grab this.....Activision always finds a way to make their games....Meh plus it's developed by the idiots who did Tony Hawk Ride.......the ones who ruined the franchise.......

I think what happened was they wanted to do something grand like Elder Scrolls or Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights.....an epic RPG with an Epic story......

The problem is when Baldur's Gate was made it wasn't like now how everything is high res, BG was simple it didn't have high res textures and the detail on characters weren't that detailed but the focus was on story.....

With Elder Scrolls they had the same thing in the first game, it looked like crap compared to modern games but it had all of the provinces of the Empire and the story was epic [or so I've heard] the point here is it took awhile for Bethesda to get to the level of Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim.....

I'm not really sure where it all fell apart though.....

they had a legendary author of very successful books yet the story was forgettable...

they had an artist working on the monsters who is legendary for creating characters....memorable characters yet monsters and characters mostly looked ordinary.... then you add the man who made Morrowind and Oblivion what they were...

It diodn't even feel like the different parts were trying to compete with one another, everything was just forgettable....So yeah I think they looked at all the major legends of RPG makers and thought I wanna be that but fell very short.....

Given all the bad news I don't see them lasting much longer....

$100 but you have to buy the content extra??

No, No.....the content was already ion the box but you pay extra so you can actually use it........
