So... How was everyone hoilday?

Another year gone & another year where I have to listen to Christmas songs in peoples cars to the ponit where I could kill myself... anyway I've had a great Christmas did nothing but play Assassins Creed II (Xbox 360), Christmas actualy caused a problem for me, since I got Assassins Creed II (Xbox 360), Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 (Xbox 360), Left 4 Dead 2 (Xbox 360), & I also save up my money & brought a PS3 Silm with Uncharted 2: Among Theives (PS3) I'm stuck on what to play. I'm playing Assassins Creed at the moement & I think I'll finish it just in time before I go back to college then I'll be to swamp to able to play games... O'well. Anyway hope you had an awesome hoilday & see you in the New Year... Hopefuly.

Also I take back everything I said about the PS3 its an awesome system, apart from the everlasting updates & downloads.

Well I'm on another break from college & I'm back to visit Gamespot, Because this site is so friendly. Anyway I finally got Halo 3: ODST (Xbox 360) below is my impression.

Halo 3: ODST is simply just a Halo game all the features with some new ones like Firefight, you play as an ODST (Orbital Drop Shock Trooper) that drops into New Mombasa during the events of Halo 2. There are two big features that have been removed from the game, they are dual wielding & rechargeable shields, which is a big deal because Halo was the first game to introduce the rechargeable shields, so in a way its just like Halo: Combat Evolved.

The campaign is a great if you think of the game as an expansion pack more than a full retail game, the campaign will last any player 7 hours even on the harder levels. Some of the set peaces in Halo 3: ODST put Halo 3's set peaces to shame. There are two new weapons in ODST well sort of new, the silence SMG & Magnum (or the pistol from Halo 1) these weapons are just silence versions of the Halo SMG & Magnum. The Magnum is just awesome if you played Halo 1 the pistol in that game could take out a tank although the Magnum can't do that it still pretty much kills everything in one shot.

The star of the shot is the new Firefight mode, which is where you fight wave after wave after wave of Covenant horde. I is like Gears of Wars 2's Horde mode, Call of Duty: World at War's Nazi Zombies & Left 4 Dead's Survival mode but just presented in a better way, & just to clear something up Bungie didn't copy Gears of War or any other game that has a survival mode if you play a game called Marathon that was release in 1992 well Dual anyway had an awesome survival mode. This feature this awesome I is a great replay feature but isn't by itself worth the £35. Anyway thats just a quick impression of Halo 3: ODST.


I also got Kingdom Heart: 385/2 Days (DS) (this has to be the weirdest name for a game in while), this games is awesome allot better then Chains of Memory on the GBA, I'll write my impression of this game later, awesome.

Well back to college no time free for gaming, just sitting in front of a PC editing film clips together... wait thats my life, yeah college. Anyway I'm preparing to go back so yeah see you time I have a break. I can't wait. (I'm so sad :()

I'm back again for a quick update. I've been working a lot lately & I'm finally on Holiday (its time to dance). I haven't been gaming much apart from getting back into Fable II, Call of Duty: World at War, & Gears of War 2 (Xbox 360) & remembering how much of an achievement whore I am, my score is like 27097 or something like that. In the time since my last blog I haven't brought that many games apart from Prototype (Xbox 360) & finished it, Review coming soon, & I also got Guitar Hero: Greatest Hits or Smash Hits (Xbox 360) which I love so much because my PlayStation 2 is on its last leg & I can't play Guitar Hero 1 & Rock The 80s & its great to be able to play some of my favorite songs like Thunder Kissing 1965 by White Zombie, & I want to rock by Twisted Sister etc...

Apart from that not much, anyway enough about me how are you?.. Cool.

Anyway I've been playing No More Heroes (Wii) again I completed it again on BITTER (the hardest level on the game), ready for No More Heroes 2... So yeah I'm having fun. I've had so much snow that I miss the last two days of College so I've been doing nothing apart from having snowball fights.

I've really got any new games arriving or anything apart from Halo Wars (Xbox 360) hopefully the limited edition, yeah. Anyway thats it for my week how was yours?

Warthog & ME Episode One

Episode one of my new series Warthog& ME.

The warthog finally gets board of the cave he lives in so he questions it with a unlike answer.

Since I left I have also been hanging out with friends and been playing games still like I never left. Here all that I can remenber since I left I got;

UNO (Xbox Live Arcade)
Its an enjoyable game, but I did buy it with an Live Vision Camera.

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed (Xbox 360) Finished
Its highly enjoyable, the story is great but the levels are long I mean like an hour a level.

Call of Duty: World at War (Xbox 360) Finished
I wasn't a big fan of the last Call of Duty but this one brillant. I played this for a week after I got the N.X.E and I've been playing online since.

Rock Band 2 (Xbox 360)
I'm a big big fan of Harmoix (I think thats how you spell it), I've been playing it with my mates while I was on hoilday.

Mirrors' Edge (Xbox 360)
My friends did warn me that this game isn't for everyone but I love it. I love the whole consept about freerunning in the first person mode.

Gears of War 2 (Xbox 360)
Again I didn't like the first one but what a game I've been enjoying this one so much. I love, 100% must have if you have an Xbox.

Fable II (Xbox 360) Finished
I didn't play the first one, so I didn't go in expecting anything. Its a great game I play the whole thing through exploring all there is to do.

Far Cry 2 (Xbox 360)
This game was so cheap so I though I would hate it, but what a game this is so great but I love it but I love the map editor more.

Guitar Hero: World Tour (Xbox 360)
I was bashing this game so much be for it came out, but in my own opinion I think its the samee as Rock Band they both have there good and bad ponits.

Left 4 Dead (Xbox 360) Finished
This game is the best game I've played sofar, I've done every campain it great playing with firend is so so fun.

Marathon: Durandal (Xbox Live Arcade)
I love Bungie, I love this game. My dad was play this when I was 2 I love to see old games return in to my life.

Wii Music (Wii)
Its OK, don't the best this I've brought, I love the free druming is the best.

Wii Fit (Wii)
Sadly haven't played yet.
