Best: Hard to say. Technically, the Wii for me since it can have NES, SNES, and N64 games on it (which would be my other nominations)

Worst: What about game peripherals? The PowerGlove for the NES? Remember that? Wannabe Wii, I tell ya.

Actually, in terms of sales and momentum, Wii is on top. Naturally, 360 would have more games because it has been out longer.

That was the major problem with the original Xbox. But it appears that they're trying to stray away from that. Viva Piñata(There's a **** show for Viva Piñata) and Gears of War have had the hell promoted out of them.

However Microsoft knows not to just abandon Halo in order to stray away from being "The Halo Console." An example is bundling the beta for Halo 3 with Crackdown, sending sales of an average game through the roof.

But will promoting just 3 games for a year be enough?

Actually, yeah. I don't think ANYONE went out and bought a Wii thinking, "Man! My system is gonna thrash the graphics of the PS3 and 360"

           Unfortunate but very true; the system only need have the word " Nintendo " on it to sell to the masses willing to spend $250.00 for a $150.00 piece of low tech gadgetry ! Sorry sheep, it's just the way I see it.

           When the price is right, I will pick one up and prob. enjoy the sim game on it ;)

Sorry, but your argument doesn't hold up. The same could be said about the 360 with Halo 3 and the "Microsoft/XBOX" label. The exact same thing could be said about the PS3 (ummm....it's Playstation. Playstation has just of a strong name as the Big N) and games like MGS4 and the FF series.

Hmmm. Like in real life? Naw. People don't get scared. They ALWAYS have perfect accuracy. Except Stormtroopers. They only hit their mark when Han and and the princess need to kiss.

 Believe it or not, PC gaming sets the bar for consoles. PCs have always had better graphics and faster games. For the first time ever, the 360 and PS3 are close to PC-quality, but one of those is made by MS, a PC company...

If Crysis is sweet [read:WHEN Crysis is sweet], expect it to port to 360 and PS3, as well as spawn a whole host of new, awesome FPS trying to up the ante.

The fact is, HD is NEW, so of COURSE mags would advertise for them. It doesn't mean that they are selling out.

Even many PS3 and 360 owners use SDTV as opposed to full HD.
