How many of these games are actually worth mentioning?smokeydabear076

How many 360 or PS3 exclusives are worth mentioning? The question goes both ways.

[QUOTE="Bam_Butch"]

So I went to Gamestop the other day (the store that employs the biggest fanboys on earth , mostly diehad lemmings) and I picked up Oblivion for the PS3 and Crackdown for the 360. Anyway , the guy is ringing me up when all of a sudden , out of nowhere he asks me , and I quote , ''So , you excited about Halo 3 coming out later this year''. I cant stand Halo . so I told him and I quote myself ''No , I'm not much of a fan of the series , to be honest with you , its very overrated''. You should have seen the look on this mans face when I told him this , I thought he was going to have a heart attack.

Anyway , long story short , he asks me , ''So you dont like MS then do you''. Then we talked a little bit more then I left but heres the point I want to make. Phill Harrison apparently was right when he said that MS tries to build themselves off of one pieace of software , that software being Halo. Here I'am buying a game for the 360 , I have MS's consoles , obviously I like it , but since I dont like Halo , he automatically assumes I dont like MS. Weird.

Really?  The piece of software Microsoft builds themselves off if Halo?  I would have thought if you focused on one piece of software Microsoft bases themselves around it would be windows.  Fooled me.

But don't you SEE? Windows was coded around the Halo source code. It all makes sense!

[QUOTE="Maelkav"]I never was aware of this. I haven't considered buying a 360, but this really makes me upset for my friends who shelled out the dough to get one.kcpp2b

Were you the guy who thought Pimpkid's rap was cool?

Yeah, but it was sarcasm.

Wow.

I guess that satire is lost on the younger generation...

Ah. YOu're right. Sengoku Action is the name. Don't know if it is coming state-side, though.

The only two sword-fighting games slated for release on the Wii (that I know of) are No More Heroes, some Zorro game, and Pirates of the Caribbean.

Is anyone aware of any games coming out that utilize the wii-mote like a sword?

Yo bro, let yourself go, don't act slo, like a mo fo, just cause your sister sukks your fat toe, feel my flo, like edgar allen poe, my lyrical genius I will bestow.

Get over it fanboys, you wasted your $399, I did it too, I was just smart enough to bail out before the sure thing & impending hardware failure fault MS was evil enough to build into the flopbokker 1.5.      "Man' I love ebay".

[QUOTE="Optusnet"]The problem with 'Revolution' is that the name only makes real sense prior to its launch and in the first year it's released. You can't have the same 'revolution' 5 years in a row and it doesn't make sense after the console is dead to say "The Revolution is dead" whoisryanmack

Its just that big of a Revolution. Honestly, my entire world has been flipped upside down knowing i can control Link with a tilt instead of a button.

And soon you will control Samus!

Unfortunately, there is a bit of truth to this, though the TC uses crap logic to explain himself.

The real problem for the 360 is all of the hardware issues and crashes that 360 owners are running into. If MS doesn't address this, you're gonna have a lot of disgruntled 360 owners moving over to the Wii or the PS3 if things get really bad.

we have no idea how widespread the problem is. this is a vocal group here, and one that would be likely to play its systems more than the average person. moreover, like has been said many times, you never hear about consoles running well.

Very true. But it is a legit point to bring up.

It doesn't really matter. The TC left long ago when he realized that his argument was totaly crap.
