@mrbojangles25: It wasn't "that bad," but for a high-tech action flick it lags behind movies like Stealth. It's one of those movies that you play on a second monitor or your TV while you grind stuff in Diablo-style ARPGs or do dailies in MMOs, not so horrible it drags you out of the game but not so great it drags you out of the game.
@gkmogglemog: Might not always be the actor's fault, but when it is oh boy is it. Keifer Sutherland, for example, should never be let anywhere near a VA gig ever again after Armitage III: Polymatrix. >_<
@toffifee: Incorrect. He can only be classified as or win an award for being the worst actor if, and only if, he's acting. You cannot be classified as or win an award for worst actor when you're just being yourself and you just happen to suck. :-)
@wrestlingdude: If you want to get technical... They weren't indigenous, and Asians were the first ones to start killing them because they all migrated to the Americas from Asia. Also, it took the US about a hundred years or so to stop murdering the AmerInds in job lots. Even then AmerInds in North America were routinely repressed and persecuted, both in the US and in Canada as evidenced by continuing racism and cultural segregation in the US and legalized kidnapping combined with forced religious re-"education" in Canada.
History's loads of fun when you pay attention to it.

I'm not sure why caring about something is necessary to comment on it given how I don't care about you yet can comment on how strange you are.

Edit: Also, you still haven't explained how I want the movie to turn out. I mean any hopes I might have for it, and do bear in mind that they're more public/stated rather than felt/emotional hopes, would be along the lines of, "Please not another failure like the last three," but if you're stating that Disney's going to actively try to prevent the movie from not being another failure...
@balintcsikos: That's more or less a given, but that still doesn't really explain why he started on about the franchise when I was speaking about an individual movie or what he meant by "the way (I) want it to" with regards to how the movie might turn out. That last bit really puzzles me because I honestly don't care how the movie turns out.
