That's why I said earlier I don't even make out with my girl in public. I think if hetero and homosexual couples would stop with the gross PDA all the time I'd like it a lot more and so would a lot of people. Nobody wants to see someone's tongue down another person's throat, whatever the sexual orientation of the couple.

Also BMan, I just think gay marriage is a stupid idea. Then again, after being in a rough marriage myself before I dunno if I'd support straight marriage either :lol:. Maybe i'm cynical. Then again, if gay dudes wish to be as miserable as some of my married friends are in their particular passionless swamp of a marriage, knock themselves out. :P

It's none of my business how consenting adults get their jollies behind closed doors, but I know I'm not the only one here sick and tired of the way gay marriage is shoved down all our throats. Guys kissing guys, girls kissing girls in public places with little kids around, that's just gross. So is heterosexual PDA, IMO. I don't make out with my girl in public, is it too much to ask Gay couples to knock it off too?

Well, I'm Christian and Conservative, but I don't agree with some of the more overwhelming evangelicals. Like, I strongly practice Christianity, because that's what works for me and it's where my faith lies but at the same time I never want to be the type who shoves it down people's throats, you know?

And as far as conservativism, I support certain elements of christian conservativism but not all. Like, I'm pro choice but only in certain areas. Absolutely against partial birth abortion, I've seen that and it's clear murder to me. However, I do support abortion if the woman was raped, victim of incest, or it's an imminent danger to her health. Having an abortion just because you were stupid and got knocked up without thinking is a slimy thing to do, IMO.

While it's definitely a decision I'd NEVER make (I've been through rough times and still told my family & friends as much as I love them, they aren't worth me killing myself over) I definitely relate to how people can try suicide. A lot of times with mental health issues that are extreme, they don't even remember the attempt. My mom's schizophrenic so I know why she tried.

That being said, it doesn't sound like this guy has serious mental issues other then maybe clinical depression. It seems to me like attention getting, but I pray he isn't serious.
