Sure he does. They're just another a-hole bringing their child to a movie when they should have left 'em at home. Not much more to it than that.If this kept up for any amount of time, I would leave and ask for my money back. Theatres have a responsibility to kick out people who are noisy.

Indeed. There's no "other side" to this. Don't take babies or other things that make noise to places where silence is required.
If I brought a boombox to a theatre and cranked it up while the movie was playing, I'd be in trouble too. And if you're that inconsiderate of a parent to not only bring you baby to a movie with a maturity rating of which he/she doesn't belong, but let him disrupt the movie for others when he starts screaming like a banshee, then bring some duct tape with you and strap it around your baby's mouth. Presuming he hasn't learned how to breathe through his nose yet, when he dies fromasphyxiation, you'll finally realize just how bad of a parent you really are...
