it's just werid to hear about a Halo game not made by Bungie

I'm looking for a list of immediate but good games a la Mario, Fifa, Tekken etc. I got a gaming Pc, Ps3 and a 360. considering a Wii as I'm also looking for something light and fun.

the reason is that I can't seem to enjoy games like Dragon Age, Castlevania and Assassin's Creed 2.. I try to play them but then either I get bored and/or abandon the game at the first difficulty, which can be looking for a Totem in Castlevania, solving puzzles or running around endlessly on AC2 or having a very short attention span with Dragon Age.

any suggestion?
