I use it for music and internet, since i dont like any of the games out.

You don't like any of the games out? Seems impossible. Killzone, Socom, Daxter, Loco Roco, Metal Gear Solid, anything? =P

I use mine for games. RSS feed for a few podcasts, too. I see the multimedia features as just a nice bonus to the PSP.

Seems like Sony wanted educate the public on the capabilities of the PSP:

Pretty cheesy video, but it gets the point across I suppose. I'd rather see parts of this video shown as TV advertisements rather than those ridiculous squirrel or dustball commercials.

Not sure how reliable CNN is, but I guess that wouldn't be a bad time to drop it. Maybe a bit early, though.

Why wouldn't CNN be reliable.....they're one of the biggst news companies in the world.

I don't think they're so knowledable about video games and whatnot. The interview above was pretty shaky, especially when they labled the Halo footage as being made by Activision. ;)

Lets face it, a lot of the hate against the PS3 is due to the $600 price tag. Sony obviously realizes this, and is already busy figuring out how they can lower manufacturing costs. When they do drop the price, by how much do you think it will drop? I think if they drop too much, it will seem like a sign of weakness or panic. My vote goes to $50, though I'd of course love to see it drop to $400 or something.

I think the PS3 hate begins and ends with the price. It will have tons of great games, but just purchasing the console itself makes many people reluctant to get one. Once the PS3 drops in price, I think it will do fine.

Sony actually got sued over the disk read error thing early on I believe. Since then, they had to fix the problem and replace any old PS2's that broke due to the issue for free. At least, thats what I heard. My PS2 hasn't skipped a beat yet.

I have the feeling that the PS3 will probably do pretty well this holiday season. By then more than a few worth while games will be out for it. Who knows, though.

I honestly hated Twilight Princess. It was great and all, but by the end I was completely bored. Part of the problem was that it came out after games like God of War and Shadow of the Colossus, which raised the bar for what an action adventure game could be. Twilight Princess just didn't stand out, and was mundane and old. The Zelda series needs to be redone, perhaps even like the April Fool's future Zelda thing.

i really don't get why people think SOTC and GOW expand or do anything to their genre, honestly their innovative titles but that's it, just it, nothing more.

They did far more to the genre then TP did, though. I think a lot of Zelda fans out there are begging for something new. It doesn't have to be crazy new, but if they don't do something Zelda will go the way of games like Armored Core. (A game that didn't evolve, and went lower and lower until just recently in Armored Core 4, they changed the series a bit and the scores went up!)

Why don't they just make Link gay and Zelda a member of the KKK???? There are easier ways to kill the franchise......

Your telling me you'd rather play OOT remakes for the next 10 years or whatever? Admit it, even if they did do the Zelda Future thing, you'd line-up at launch so you could try it. =P
