@Jacen22 @MinerAvatar @goggles123456 You got the stupidity to think anything anyone that replied to you is a bunch of angry people. Read the posts you blind fool. "Gamestop always warns you" and "What the spoiler S at the start isn't good enough of a warning?"
Yep real hostile right? How dare we try and point out that your a fool for watching a video you where warned before hand about. Wow how hostile of me to point out Adam has a past you should know about. What a bunch of hostile mad people we must be to point out how ignorant you are to everyone that can read and comprehend what we see that THEIR WAS A GIANT WARNING BEFORE YOU WATCH THE VIDEO.
Yep we are the ones that need help, not you. I mean how could you have possibly know about it even after you where warned. It is like putting your hand in a lawn mower blade then complaining their was not enough warning stickers on the mower. If you really can not understand how stupid that makes you for doing it, then nothing ever will. That sir was hostile in case you missed it, yep I think your the person warning labels are made for, your last post just confirmed it.
The dumbest part of his statement has to be to give Activison or EA a pass for an always online forced game they knew was going to sell and then not have servers, I mean its one thing for a game that can be used and played at least offline, but both games are required to have a server to even play a product you bought. Hey game maker, maybe people just want to be able to use what they paid for. Unlike a game, you can return your drink and get a new one that works for you. Now, mess up that drink twice, then you deserve the molten cheese tossed at you!
@Jacen22 @goggles123456 If people can't pay attention too bad so sad, you have no right to be mad.
What is good enough for you then, that they call you and tell you personally? Besides he didn't give anything away I haven't already seen from TV ads and demo's, it's not like he tells you how it plays out or ends in any way at all. Your complaining about something very small and it has a warning on top of that.
That and your go to guy, Adam, wasn't he fired because of the backlash from his Mass Effect 3 review and how he reacted to the fans that called him out on his review? Wasn't he also implicated in a pay for good review plot, so why would I ever trust anything Adam ever does or says? Oh wait you couldn't even notice the spoiler alert so I doubt you even knew he was fired or why, like he now, one year later, claims he "doesn't know why" he was fired! Everyone else at the G4 network knows why, funny he doesn't.
I really liked Borderlands 1, and 2 is very fun in co-op however its missing the magic of 1. I think its because of these 4 things.
1.you can't carry much. I had 69 items in 1, and my bank held 50 in 1, Now I get 27 and I don't recall 15 in the bank now? I haven't played since that Hammerlock DLC.
2. Releasing DLC without any kind of level cap increase, item carry increase, no bank space, or anything other then yet another rare thing to collect to buy rare weapons that aren't very good anyway.
3. Creating powerful bosses that needed a Bee Shield to kill in the DLC's in less then 60 min, then nerfing said shield in a COOP no competitive game. You take time to nerf a shield but can't give me more space or a level increase? I don't want to spend 60 min fighting a boss for 6 crystals when the items cost 50 or several hundred and then maybe he will drop a gun or item, but only maybe.
4. Loot. The "rare" guns are tied to one creature that drops it instead of random like before, so you know where to go get the one you want.
This game after you beat the story became killing one boss, over and over, to get his rare weapon. It becomes lets go kill "Bob" 50 times to "Bob's Big Boy Rocket." I liked not knowing what any creature could drop at any time, it made wandering around more fun to find hidden loot chests (why so few in main game this time?), and I find it boring to load one area 50 times to get the gun you want, it's a snooze fest for me. I want to explore and take out anything in the way and have a chance from any powerful thing to drop a random rare weapon. Nothing wrong with Bosses having a higher chance to drop, but make what they drop random like before.
That all said I bought the season pass and this level cap had better be included for free with it or Gearbox and Randy can go rot in a landfill with the trash games they touch since 2009 other than Borderlands like Duke Nukem and Aliens. If you mess this up Randy its strike three and you'll be out. If you charge me for a level cap after I bought the season pass and stood by your only good product since 2009 you'll never see my money again. I don't mind paying for a new character, but have a big problem with paying for a level cap when I purchased 4 expansions blindly and 2 of the 3 released are not very good, too much to ask of your loyal customers.
@bluefox755 That was written in Nov of 2011 I doubt that number hasn't gotten bigger since then and even they think it likely much higher as stated in the article.
@bluefox755 @funkmaster424 @eva02langley @TheCyborgNinja They didn't even sell 2 million total copies combined with both PC sales and Xbox 360 total worldwide is only 1.43 million. BTW .62 of the 1.43 was Xbox 360 so only .81 was PC sales. Think about that PC gamers. You loved the Witcher 2 when it was a PC exclusive and it was DRM free, the number 1 excuse you all use to steal a game is that evil DRM. So why was such a loved game with no DRM stolen at almost a 5 to 1 ratio? So next time you PC gamers complain about your favorite games having always online, DRM, or going to consoles, take a long hard look in the mirror then at your games, they all legit? Maybe yours are, if not, then maybe you'll understand why they don't cater too you, ask yourself, why should they? To be honest, I hated the Witcher 2 for many, many reasons, but at least I bought it.
After Sony says $60 he still says $70 they still listen to this clown? He is the worst predictor ever, has anything he has ever said happened? I can not recall any after years of his babble. Who does he work for and why would anyone hire him when he is never, ever, right?
@thereal-15-cent @WereCatf Ditto, I think it is also because I was able to overlook the real flaws in design and the Mass Effect 1 and every location looking the same as well as clunky controls. Mass Effect 2 and the lack of RPG stuff, and then ME3 ships and kills the only thing that made the game playable, the story. The lack of choices in the shipped ending just shattered the illusion of the game worlds meaning and rendered all the choices meaningless. Take away the story and the game is just a poor third person shooter with poor level design. If they are smart they better wait a few years to release another Mass Effect.
@Prats1993 I agree with him most of the time. Only one I didn't was ironically the 9 he gave Witcher 2. I think that game is only a 9 if your really into the story, if your not then its built like Dragon Age 2 as far a levels. Also the crafting, leveling system, and other parts of the game are only average at best and many times you have to back track like Dragon Age 2 to the same places. It also has a horrid ending like Mass Effect 3 as far as the story. I understand because it is hard to judge a game when your into the story. It is easier to overlook real faults the game has like Mass Effect 1. Great story, but horrible game build. Really with out the story Mass Effect sucks as a shooter and RPG as my friend that didn't like the story pointed out quickly. If you don't get into the story of the Witcher 2 the game is just not a very good video game build and is only a 6 that way (the combat at least was fun!) Oh well opinions are really what reviews are anyway, so if its only one game I disagree with overall, good job Kevin. I at least understand why you like the Witcher 2, you got into the story, I just didn't feel it.
