It's based on a a series of novels. However the game is based on where the novel left off.

the demo dosent suport dual and quad cores, the games looks better then any console game this gen even on medium/high, they made this game above current hardware capabilitys on purpose since pc's can always be upgraded, they dont need to hold development back like on consoles, so they can just develop games ahead of their time, if you want to play this game at very high on 1600x1200 wait a little before upgrading your pc.

No. But, I trust very few things because I just have 1 PC to do everything including work etc. This is the reason I use Linux.

You are paranoid for no reason. Sure there are bugs out there and backdoor apps and whatnot, but you can avoid them pretty darn easy without resorting to punishing yourself by using Linux. I have never had a need for a virus scanner cause I know how to avoid viruses. Its not like I shy away from the places where you could get viruses either. Linux is a fun OS if you like to toy around with other operating systems, but to use it just simply cause you are worried about getting a virus or a trojan or something is just nuts.

first time i have seen a linux user who's uneducated about how viruses work oO, using Linux takes much more skill and knowlodge then windows ever will, where you got that idea from anyway?

they specificlly said this game wasnt going to consoles.

They say that if it is succesful they might consider a console port, but I doubt that it will be succesful in America

it wont be sucessfull, this is one of those great games that only a few people will play.
