- a sever lack of content that makes much of the game just retreading the same four or five areas.
- mismanagement of the swords and magic in space themes making it all SO BORING
- spending a year as a play-tester of mechanics and game systems that STUNK, instead of Bungie simply figuring that out by delaying the game and ONLY THEN releasing the game for money.
Gee, Alexa Ray Corriea I don't think it was that bad. It was the weakest of all the episodes except maybe #1, but it was hardly a catastrophe. I think it's a solid ending that doesn't allow people to twist it into a touchy feely 'save everyone' scenario. Sure the maze part was no fun, or fetching bottles, but that is like 1/8 of the episode.
@wkadalie: I didn't dislike her because she was troubled, explained exactly what bugged her in term of issues of abandonment, and was consistent in "abandonment issues" being her flaw.
I even liked David Madson, because I get it -PTSD. Its real and people who have it do act very strange indeed...people do get tight ratched like a spring that snaps. In fact, I think DN did a rather poor job of hiding his good intention after Ep 1. They didn't make his actions cloudy enough not to see he would end up redeemed. Same with Victoria...you could tell she was just being a bitch for no good reason and not truly evil - just jealous and stupid.
Well, that's a shiity idea. Much better to be the company that DOESN'T do that. But, I don't even play Uncharted multiplayer so while its a totally crap idea it won't do much damage to me. They are certainly not incentivizing my being interest.
Knowingly putting out a game with broken systems and a lack of content is not really 'praiseworthy'. Bungie can do what they want, but I do wonder if they will come out of this generation of games with any 'player' good-will intact.
Bethesda stinks, after Skyrim for PS3, I will never buy anything they publish. I do not care who the developers are or how much that developer might need sales; if you do business with Bethesda, you should be ashamed of yourself.
I enjoyed the first Hot Shots Golf on PSX.However, like most Japanese games, they take a simple, fun, and engaging game and make its more and more complex with each subsequent game. Hot Shots shoudl be the game "Everyone" can play...but it is not.
