[QUOTE="the-very-best"]

This isn't like food, or houses...

If there was just one video game console in the market then the industry would die. Video gaming is still primarily a hobby therefore it is not a necessity (I know some would argue otherwise).

Anyway, yes, competition is a great thing.

[QUOTE="yoshi_64"]Nooo! My insecurity issues towards a company who doesn't give a rip about me but only my money, means the world to me! They can't lose!! I won't let them! THey love me!! Marka1700

:lol: Nice.

Agreed, But I also think If we had to many consoles it would also lead to a crash in the industry, 3 is the magic number.

I liked it better in the Nintendo/Sony days when you had a 64 for Nintendo games and a PSone for sony games. There was just something different about the two, they both served a certain demographic and it was nice.

I'd perfer there be another sega console than a ms console but whatever. Pressure from other companies is what makes ms sony and nin HAVE to do good and sometimes great things.

I'm iffy if I should or not, there are a few games I want to play on it but I have some more important things to spend my money on. Once I get a nicer tv and a wii and upgrade my pc I'll think more about getting a 360.

i think the number is 100million sold right? and you're saying only 20 million people have them.....thats plain stupidity. an 80% percent fail rate is unheard of. I say maybe 90 million in home because a 10% failure rate seems right, just like the 360.
