Naming games not on the Wii does nothing. I could just as easily name Wii games not on the PS3 and it would be basically the same thing.

it's not a lame comparison. I am listing the AAA game the PS3 has and it has more than the wii. Yes, they're not exclusive, but if you were to choose between the PS3 and the wii based on just AAA games, the PS3 stomps the wii. do you understand that? you guys act like you have as many AAA's as the PC where your only good game is SMG. God!!!

I dont see GT5 getting AAA for some reason... Im not a huge fan of MGS so I have no clue what it will get.

LPB looks like fun refreshing game to play.

Really 2008 for the PS3 is better than the 360's but damn its over hyped I really cant see it overall getting more AAA's when next year comes.

I stoped reading when you said Halo3 has better graphics. Almost everybody on SW agrees that Halo3 has some good gameplay, but Graphics??? No, COD4 stomps it in that department. I declare you a blind fanboy without a doubt.

Nintendo survived the Gamecube, but Nintendo was also making profit and had the Gameboy to fall back on. I'm sorry but these predictions of PS3 ending strong are wrong. It looks like PS3 is in for a worse Xmas than 360 and Wii. People still don't want to spend money on this machine and the gaming libraries for 360 and Wii continue to get bigger as more developers cross over to Microsoft and Nintendo. I think Sony is hurting themselves even more with all the different versions of the PS3. Reminds me of Sega's mistakes.

When the prices eventually drop to crazy low levels -- say in like 2 years -- and a few exclusives such as the Metal Gear Solid series are available, people will buy more PlayStations but this system will never get Sony back to #1 or #2 in the current console market.

My question for you is do you think Sony can survive this flop? (Yes, I said it, flop! Don't get fanboy on me, this system has failed miserably.) And even better, if Blu-Ray doesn't succeed, is there any hope for the PlayStation at all? I'd like to think that Sony can survive at least one poor outing, but with the entire company itself losing money, is this the deathblow for Sony?

makes me wonder, will the fanboys ever stop making stupid threads like this? Seriously, the PS3 isn't going anywhere, and get over it fanboys. It's selling better than the 360 right now, and will continure to do so worldwide. When MGS4 GT5 LBP Killzone2 come out next year there will be a lot more ps3 sales and will probably catch up with the 360 as the 360 has pretty much nothing going for it next year. Stop posting these threads you and Fuzzy_Munch or whatever his/her name is and other fanboys that make SW seem like a very dump place to be in. Let's argue intelligently. The 360 is doing better than the PS3 right now, but that's not to say the PS3 is going to die. the PS3 is just starting to take off right now. We have just seen the first title that seperates the PS3 from the rest of the pack (Uncharted), it's going to take off now, believe me, UT3 coming out soon, and a very bright 2008 going for it.

then why do you care for BC then? the 40gb model does not support BC on PS2 games but does have it for PS1 games. if you care about BC then get the 80Gb. If you can find tehe 60GB somewhere, then that would be your best option. the 80GB though comes with a game (MotorStrom and it is a great game indeed)

i already have a 60gb ps3,im probably going to get the 80gb also. i was wondering will the 80gb still play ps2 games like metal gear?supernintendo

All I know is that there is a website somewhere that lists all of the BC title that the 80Gb supports. You will have to google it though.
