Functionally, I'd say that Chinatown Wars probably makes the best use of the touch screen.

Best use of two screens (not necessarily by using touch-functionality) goes to Henry Hatsworth, without a doubt

Zelda: "Spirit Tracks" (I bet the name will change eventually)

deBlob

The Legendary Starfy

I also have my fingers crossed for Ant Nation, C.O.R.E, and the new Star Wars Battlefront game (they'd better not suck!)

I'm a little curious what makes you the DS expert in the first place. I'm betting that I know more. ;)

i just hired this game for the weekend and normally i don't really care about the content of the game e.g GTA 4 or other games of that type. But this game is just ridiculous as your main task is to deal and buy drugs, im not even a parent (im 16) and i was pissed off that content like this is allowed in avideo-game. I know that most crime games are not completely innocent of bad content but even GTA4 does not glorify drug dealing the way that china town wars does. i mean it has you actively making decisions on how to profit from buying and selling drugs, in my opinion that is just taking gameinteractivitytoo far and giving video game haters perfectly reasonable excuses to say thatvideo-gamesare evil and cause people to act criminally. Not only this but how on earth can the Australian classification board ban a game like Fallout 3 for its use of morphine and then allow a game that actually lets you make money by dealing drugs!

In my opinion GTA china town wars is extremelyinappropriate and should not have been allowed to hit markets in any country. Its incredible gameplay is ruined because of is explicit drug content. What are your thoughts on this game and if anyone knows what is the Australian board of classifications excuse for not banning this game?

1. Get over it.

2. You're not supposed to be playing this game anyway. Here, play Bolt instead.

Tiger Woods - Stylus swing makes the game.

Mortal Kombat DS - best fighter on the system.

CoD: World at War - More fun than MPH.

Trauma Center: Under the Knife - touch screen brilliance.

Tetris DS - The best puzzler gets better with touch screen.

Warhammer 40K Squad Command - Under-appreciated tac-strat game.

My Word Coach - Learn something, it won't kill you.

Resident Evil DS - Classic, now portable!

Nano-Stray 2 - Shooter from HELL.

Personal Trainer: Cooking - Get off the Ramen Noodles and frozen dinners, your girl will love you for it.

Warhammer? Really? That game got a 4.5 from IGN. I think you're better off with Advance Wars, Fire Emblem, Age of Empires, or Final Fantasy Tactics.

Have you played it?

Honesty, no . . . but it's a game I considered getting while I was hunting down the top strategy games for the DS. Out of three reviews I read (GameSpot, IGN, and 1up), three reviews were quite unfavorable.

"Dementium: The Ward" is a good departure from CoD and such... play it in the dark with 'phones. The other game these guys made, "Moon", is supposedly good... but it looked a bit repetitive and boring to me honestly.

I own it, and your perceptions are pretty spot-on. It's nice-looking and there's some fun to be had there, but there isn't a whole lot of variety between levels and it's pretty mindless compared to most modern FPS games.

@-Oath

That's horrible.Spend the goddam money on the games and support the developers so they keep making MORE games.

DS games are a bit over priced. $30+ for a such a small game is too much.lessthan3james

Nonsense! DS games are about as large as N64 & PS1 games . . . at half the price.
