E-40 is one of the most underrated rappers of all time. I think he's in my top 10 worst musical artist ever. Now that guy at the very top, he's easily the best rapper since Eminem . We all have oppinions I guess,e-40,like the other guy said,is waaaaay underrated.:(The hair on my neck stood up when you said Eminem was one of the best rapper.IMO hes more of a bad joke...makes fun of rap more than help it. EDIT:Game looks very good,just got finished playing the demo.Ill get it eventually,8) I get mad combos with Big Boi.
He makes fun of everyone. His old stuff is really good, and do belong with the best (Nas, Common, Tupac etc.). And I'm pretty sure he helped rap more than anyone in the past 7 years. He attracted the white audience to rap a lot better than others, which is a big market.
please dont compare Common and m&m with 2pac... There both better emcees then tupac could have ever hoped to be.
lol ok... clearly you listen to "G-unit" too much..I actually can’t stand G units music. For you to come to that conclusion after I listed some one so far from being commercial as Common is ludicrous. I like Tupacs music he had the ability to reach out and touch people through his music, but as an emcee there’s about 100 people I could list that would rap circles around him, Common and Eminem being two of them.
hahaha the GAP Ad guy is "far from being commercial"... ya ok.. and pleazzzz m&m WISHES he was as good as 2pac... thats why he made an album with 2pacs old stuff and it was rated like crap b/c any true old school hip hop fan knows 2pac would never rap with m&m... also if u saw resurection on dvd m&m talks about ppl comparing him to 2pac and said he was humbled.. also m&m and 50 cent = G-unit..I don’t care if he did a GAP advert his music if far from commercial. What dude does outside of music to get money is up to him, when it comes to wax his one of the least commercial guys in the game so you obviously haven’t checked his discography.
Yeh course ems going to say don’t compare him to pac, pacs a legend but a word smith he is not. His flows basic, his word play, similes, ability to freestyle (good freestyles not that crap where he walking through ny) are nearly non existent compared to those guys.
