This is ONE guy. How many countless religious people out there played this and found no issue with it. Yet here comes all of the religious bigots with their agenda and typical rhetoric. Go ahead and assign blame to the whole group for the actions of a few. After all, the KKK does that all the time, and it's fine, right?
@GrumpyMcNasty @Muteki_X The ECJ is the highest court in the European Union in matters of European Union Law. I think that's a pretty heafty bat to swing. Besides, if nothing else, it does set precedence for future cases.
@superfluid I would be for that. Most companies already sell the used game for $5 less than new. I don't think they couldn't raise the already high cost to hide the additional fee.
@GrumpyMcNasty The European Court of Justice recently ruled that resale of used software is legal and within a person's right. Granted, American courts have not yet made that ruling as far as I am aware, but it will only be a matter of time.
