I like the PS3 and It was my first pick out of all the new systems. I just dont think it looks very good for them as of right now. I'm not pushing the 360 cause honestly it was the system I had to cave in to buy

I'm just curious as to how many other people are having the same problems and fustration with the Sixaxis controls in these games? Many people said it worked well in Warhawk, even though I'm sure the Analog stick is better overall. I honestly can't see the Sixaxis controls being used for any kind of steering, aiming, throwing or flying movements. I can see it being used to shake a guy off of you or to pull/push an object, but not much else. The main problem I have with the Sixaxis is that anything it can be used for can be done much better with the analog stick. With Nintendo's Wiimote, almost all of the motion sensor is used for physical action and it's all balanced perfectly. Anyone who has played WiiSport bowling knows the control for this game is absolutely perfect. I've bowled Ten Pin, Candlepin and even Duckpin so I know great bowling control with I feel it. The Sixaxis could never duplicate this type of control. Thankfully Sony will be adding the Rumble back and most likely the Sixaxis will be a distant memory.
It was NOT designed to be like the wii, it was designed to accent the gaming experience by adding some different controls. Honestly I hate wii controls (I own one by the way) its fun to play for certain games but honestly it is a casual gaming system (just like its target group "casual")
I wouldn't worry, the PS3 has great games now, and even better games in the near future. So enjoy Heavenly Sword, Lair, Motorstorm, and Resistance now. Enjoy MGS4, R&C, FF13, GT5, & Little Big Planet very soon. It's a GREAT time to be a cow.hairy_bubblegum
I'm sorry but think about the games the wii and 360 will push out while were waiting for MGS4, FF13, and little big planet.
I haven't bought any next gen system for the fact every one was waiting 4 days for the Wii, Ps3, and 360. And people got shot, and robbed while they waited. But different issue the PS3 just launched and the developers need time to get use to the PS3 system. Like the good saying goes "Good things come to those who wait." Also, don't have such an impulse about buying a system.

Yeah it would be nice if economic situations and company loss and profit margins did not effect the gaming world but they do. I cant help but sit here and start to worry
