I've been defending the PS3 for a while but now I'm starting to loose my patience. I mean the concel I swore I would never buy again (the 360) I've been actually getting some decent play out of. When square and sega both expressed their concerns with the ps3 and its sales I still tried to stand firm but after a press confereince that basically said they have to start helping devs (who are professionals at making games) and that they are not worried about the present because the system is "future proof." I dont know about anyone else but I'm starting to get worried.

Even if we take this conspiracy seriously you cant say that microsoft will be able to stop the coming of MGS or FF. Personally I have been playing my 360 more and I am very glad I caved in recently and bought a 360 (I have been a sony fanboy since 95) but those two title might just be the jumpstart sony needs. Microsoft try to get MGS but they could not

Microsoft is still trying to get MGS and FF. Money talks, you know. MS can offer the developers money and an abundant install base with a high attach rate.
Square has started making good looking games for the 360. I mean that lost something or other game looks really good.
Personally I dont really buy into the future proof bull either. I mean I bought into the hype and bought one but hell there wont be much of a future if we dont address the present. But then again I did read something on N4G that some professors used ps3 to do some astrophysics research. I wish they could just make some more games

Like I said above in a press release sony basically said "hey we made the ps3 to hard for dev's so now we have to spend extra money to try and fix the problem. Its sad because sony rocks. at least the psp is doing better now....

I don't know why some people think Microsoft is behind PS3 game delays, it is complete and utter nonsense. I'm behind the PS3 delays, MWAHAHAHAH!!

They could be slipping the dev's extra money to prolong the release MWAHAHAHAHA too. lol Naw I mean dev's prolong releases all the time to increase the hype and build the excitement. But then again microsoft is sneaky sneaky lol.
Delays to me, coming from experience with Blizzard Entertainment are mostly a good thing. It means that they don't want to rush out an incomplete product most of the time. PS3 owners should be dissapointed but not too dissapointed.
Exactly I agree. Another thing everyone must take into consideration is the devs HAVE been having problems with the ps3. Thats not being a fanboy, I'm just giving the facts. Sony themselves even said they are now "working hand and hand withthe dev's" To try and fix this problem. I cant help but think if they helped out with lair it could have been a better came. Christ the dragon didn't even have a scottish accent :lol:
