Assassin's Creed was a great game I think. The 2nd one was a huge improvement and is one of the best games I've ever played. So no, I didn't get turned off.
Hence why I just don't play online. I'm 22 and grew up playing games single player on my Mega Drive, PS1 then PS2. When I got my 360 a few years back I enjoyed multiplayer as it was a new experience. But eventually I grew to hate plying online. Way too many bad apples out there. I have just as much fun playing single player games so that's what I mainly stick to. Sorry I think I've went off topic there :)

I play video games for the enjoyment, fun and escapism you just don't get from any other form of media. It's a hobby but it's been a hobby since I was very young. I don't take things seriously and can't stand it when people do and have to prove themselves in a game. Just play the damn thing and have fun, who cares about being top of a leaderboard.
Ok roflcopter317 we get the picture. You're a hardcore Halo fan. But you do realise that not everyone else has to like it too and not everyone has the same opinion? If you can't see the fact that the Halo series was not revolutionary and that each game has been pretty much identical, then you are being stubborn. You love Halo and maybe you have a poster of masterchief on your wall. That is your opinion. Just like it's my opinion that I have never liked the series and never will.
