Honestly, it looks pretty much the same on all 3. Lighting varies, but I suspect that has more to do with the fact that the game has you individually set the brightness than anything else. You can see jagged edges more easily on the Xbox One, but it seems fairly negligible.

Overall, it seems to be a fairly well balanced multi-platform game - It doesn't look like your experience would really suffer in any way regardless of platform.

I like Civ Rev. I have to say though that while Xbox Live was a much bigger no-brainer 6 months ago, I've definitely gotten far more value out of my PS+ membership since.

I've heard people try to make points about why one is giving better stuff than the other, but in the end, as a consumer, do I give a shit? I don't care why either of them do what they do, as long as I keep being the benefactor.

@_gossamergirl For my part I'd say it is utter bull. I've played / watched an insane amount of sexist games and TV and not only do I have no illusions about being better/smarter/whatever than my female counterparts, but I find the suggestion that they increase *support for rape* to be an outright disgusting fabrication; The product of a poorly done study that does more to discredit any point you may have been trying to make than anything else.

This is actually a very fair review. I enjoy the game. I've got a 50 Warrior I piddle around with every now and then, when I'm not crafting or whatever. Kevin is pretty much bang on; It's very pretty, there is a large variety of stuff to do and overall, as an MMO, it's about as enjoyable as anything out there.

It just lacks what so many MMOs have recently, and that is any real innovation. I like the class and profession system, but all things considered it doesn't really do anything to break the mold or change the formula, it simply executes the existing popularized formula fairly well.

I might step up to a 7.5, but overall this was a good review.

I've used ATi cards forever, up until the 8800 GTX monster came out, at which point I switched (personally I don't care about companies, just who ever has the product that meets my needs). I've been waiting for ATi to come out with something that would run all over the 8800 like the 8800 did to everything they have had, and I'm sorry to say....this isn't it. 2 GPUs on 1 card, and the best they can get over the single core GTX (that has been out MANY months previous, I might add) is a few FPS? 4 in Crysis? 8 in UT3? 2 cores? Are they kidding? Looks like I'm waiting another generation before upgrading.
