If you played this on PC, not sure what the point of this is? Modders already took care of enhancing the graphics, UI, and so much more!

Even when the servers are functioning it takes forever to load into games.

@pspearman: Yes, but games are far cheaper on steam, even more so compared to their console counterparts. I'm with cojuelodevil on this one, the fact that physical copies are less than digital makes no sense. I picked up destiny the legendary edition for $25 bucks as a physical copy off the microsoft store. (paid $35 but got a $10 gift card as well) Digital should be less expensive than physical copies.

Is it the regular version of the mission or the extreme that has to be repeated 7x?

Again...this is why I stay away from pre-orders and day 1 purchases (whether on console or pc). At least WB is offering the refunds unconditionally, but this is a QC problem that WB and other developers need to address!
