Russia's growth has been below 1% that last two quarters and the sanctions have hurt Russia and will continue to. Heck, even the Ruble is weak against the US dollar.
I'd learn to read charts if I was you, that showed me the sanctions had little to no effect on Russia.

You are not serious obviously.
He more or less right Russia has next to no debt compaired to countries like the US and has about $500 billion in cash reserves, it went from a $300 billion to a $2.6 Trillion economy under Putin in just over a decade.
I think we where lucky, given that resources are dwindling and the planet is becoming extremely overpopulated to be frank I wouldn't really want to be alive 90-100 year from now.
