All of my Sony controllers work perfectly. In fact, I still use one of my PS1 controllers on the PS2. Sure, I've dropped them a couple of times, but they still remain rigid, all of the buttons are ok and the analog sticks work flawlessly. I only had one third party controller (it was Pelican or something) and it was lousy as hell (thank God it was a gift and I didn't waste my money). That controller lasted about 3 months and it was incredibly uncomfortable.
The games are not anime. Some of the games' merchandise (such as artbooks and stuff) are drawn in an anime/manga fashion. Nonetheless, there ARE anime series of the FF games (such as FF:Last Order and FF:Unlimited).
I agree. I understand that some games are considered rare or collectibles, but that doesn't mean that a used rpg is sold with a price tag higher than $50 (I don't want to point fingers at certain online shopping pages).
Every FF has a different flavor and not every game will appeal to every gamer. That's it. Ever since the first Final Fantasy on the NES I've been playing the series and I believe they're all pretty good games.
