The Statues' Demon, Ninja Gaiden's (NES) very last boss of the game (the one that appeared after the lunar eclipse and the light and shadow statues merged).

I don't know if it qualifies as a "boss", but some of the creatures found on FFX's Battle Arena (the one's found inside the Area Conquest menu) were a PAIN...
