Nintendoes' forum posts
[QUOTE="Nintendoes"]If you're going to exchange friend codes, (I'm not sure how you would play against someone without doing so), please do it in the stickied thread.Darth-Samus
Why are you such an avid advocate of those damn sticky threads there guy? I mean you're not a mod (as far as I can tell), so as just an average run-of-the-mill member and forum poster why do you feel the insessent need to tell people what to do with their posts? I just cannot wrap my head around your motivation. I've seen you do it before. Just let people post what and where they want. It's not your job to moderate people's actions a smuch as you seem to want to for some ungodly reason. Just worry about your own posts.
I realize that part of the reason I say this is because I do have a biased hatred of "stickies", but beyond that hatred I still think my logic of disliking a non-mod trying to boss people into rules that aren't his to enforce. So....why? I just gotta know bro. Why?
If you're really asking to know why exactly I do advocate the sticky threads and not just try to voice your opinion, I do it because it in general helps the website. Normally, mods lock these types of threads and the majority of the time in which they do this, they explain why the thread in question was locked. I used to just report threads of these natures, but now I also post why I'm reporting them and what they would normally do to be in-line with the rules of the board. I am not only saving the time of the moderators, but I am also explaining as to why what they did was against the rules if the moderator by chance does not explain why he or she moderates said thread.
