That is a good question. I am not sure what to do , But I would try reseting the router and the modem. Also unplug them from the wall for at least 30 seconds.

There are a number of superior multiplayer shooters, especially on the PC platform. I don't know of any console shooters that are better, though, especially in regard to single player.

Sushbag88

I totally agree. PC Platform has tons of better FPS games, sucha as Quake 4, Half Life 2, FEAR, etc.

But as far as the console FPS, Halo Series is one of the best, also The old school of Timesplitters, I am still a long lost fan of.

I was under the impression the 3 year warranty only covers the 3 red rings. DOes anybody know if they still cover the whole system for 1 year.

Stay away from plasma, whatever you do.. I suggest Sharp, anything sharp will last a long time and has a great picture. If you can splurge on it, consider a rear-projection JVC with HD-ILA.. You might think that because of the rear-projection part, it would have serious viewing angle issues, but it has very little. It is the single best picture I have seen on any tv, bar none, that and $ for picture size is better with a rear-projection.RanXer0x

LOL, yes go with a rear projection so yo ucan pay $300-$500 every 2-3 years to change the bulb. Some rear projections cant even be changed. Sharp is a craptacular brand according to reviews all over the internet. way to do your research.

If you want to go with something besides a plasma. I would only consider THe Sony SXRD line.

I got screwed the same way from Best Buy on a digital camera. Ihad t ocall soem nubmer and ship it my camera in. I didtn see my camera for 8 weeks. I am telling you now form my expereince and my firends. DONT EVER SHOP AT BEST BUY. I bought some logitech computer speakers from Circuit City for $150. I bought the 2 year plan. I brought them in a month before it expired and told them that the speakers were making crackling noise. MY fault fro blowing them out. they game me a brand new box of the same speakers without any questions.

I have done alot of research over the last couple of months. I would strongly recommend not to buy the westinghouse. It is complete garbage. See if you can find the panasonic 37 inch plasma for that price, or save your money until you can afford a panasonic or pioneer plasma tv.

[QUOTE="HuhJustaBox"][QUOTE="9mmSpliff"][QUOTE="bizzy420"]

[QUOTE="9mmSpliff"]Im running full 1080p with a Monster HDMI 400 cable. Damn freaking expensive cables though, $120cdn.9mmSpliff

why did you buy that cable? could of gotten a cable just as good, for A LOT LESS.

Its one of the best if not the best HDMI cable on the market. 24k gold, HDCP and is only 1 of a couple HDMI cables that are capable of full 1080p all the time. I personally go large on my electronics when I go. I bought a 42" 1080p SHARP Aquos, Im not going cheap on it with my PS3. I love Ninja Gaiden and RR in 1080p. The Sharp Aquos that I have tells you what signal you are watching or playing in.

I just got everything too. Watched HellBoy, Apocolyco, UnderWorld Evolution and Resident Evil 2 yesterday on the TV, just insane in 1080p I found, compared to my 32" Samsung HDTV just on DVD with Monster Components. Hooked my computer up to the monitor and was blown away playing games on that.

The PS3 I am suuuper happy with so far. Got Virtua Fighter 5, RoM, Darkness, Ninja Gaiden and Ridge Racer and theyre excellent so far. Its my first console in my life to own too.

I hate to break it to you--but you've been had. PCworld.com did a study on HDMI cables. They used the high end $300+ Monster HDMI cables and the cheap $10 monoprice HDMI cables. The findings were surprising. Not only could the naked eye tell NO difference, but there high price calibrated machines could tell no difference whatsoever. The lesson here is that HDMI is digital 1s and 0s--as long as the signal makes it through the HDMI cable--you are good to go.

If you can, I would advise you send the Monster cables back and go with Monoprice.

Umm the Monster CAbles produce a full 1080 signal the full the, where not all do that, but state themselves as 1080p cables. I watched a demo of it at the local store here in town. Yes they dont look different all the time, but one is prodcuing a full signal and one isnt.

I personally could careless what you people think. Sorry for buying a Monster CAble, I see people hate on them in here. hahaha.

Some People are ignorant!

First off, I have a friend that is a manager at Circuit City. They pay $18 for a monster 6 foot HDMI cable. They gouge the prices on the cables because they don't make much money off the TV Sales.

Second of all. HDMI is a digital signal sent through the cable. It either works %100 or it doesn't work at all. IT IS NOT A ANOLOG. cable wont matter. IF you think that the gold plated is so important. why don't you gold plate your power cable. maybe your not getting the true color out of your TV do to loss of power? You just cant admit they got ripped off. Google search HDMI cables and price gouging and you will see many websites that do comparison between cheap and monster cables.
