its good to feel the pressure, but once the game starts you should chill out, but if you still cant psyche yourself down just remember that everyone misses, makes a bad pass, ect. but you are definitely not taking it too seriously, and anyone who says that you are is wrong imo, and probably was never worth a lick in competitive sportsg-unit248
I dont think about making bad plays I think about the competition. In football i'm a defensive end and I always think about the guy on the other side of the ball. I always think what if the guy was like 6"5 and 300lb of pure muscle ready to lay me out. but ur right once the game starts and I get to see the guys on the other team I start to feel better. But it's always before the game like right now 3 hours before my game i'm gettin this weird feeling in my stomach even when I'm not thinkin about the game.
