that chart is not accurate because it does not calculate fat/muscle ratio.

if you look at jevon kearse he looks skinny but when you put him on the scale he weights 265.

if you put him on the chart jevon kearse would be extremely overweight. according to the chart when your 6"4 you should be 181-207 for a large frame.
