the truth is that theere is no way these casuals would have bought a 400 dollar + console when (as far as they're concerned) there is no difference. The Wii provided a tangible difference with the motion controller + a bunch of licensed crap + "innovative" minigames rubbish + recognisable first party stuff. That was enough and that is why the wii will win this gen

we gamers are afficiandos so we have different tastes, and as such we will lean towards the 360 and PS3. We can determine quality and certain things are more important to us (graphics, physics, online etc)

it's just a really crap handheld

the janky hardware and library of watered down PS2 ports make it useless as a handheld games machine so people are forceed to use it as a poor mans ipod. that's all there is to it

the 360s need to be more reliable. but at the same time, if ur 360 breaks down a year from now, u simply send it in and get a working machine relatively quickly for free, but if ur ps3 breaks down a year from now, ur screwed.Big_T-Mac

but the PS3 wont break down, the 360 will and that is the problem

this is a case of shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted, and extending the warranty IN NO WAY provides an advantage over reliable hardware
